1. Acceptance of Terms

This document outlines the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the ByteFlow Bot services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using ByteFlow Bot immediately. ByteFlow Bot reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility

By using ByteFlow Bot, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You also warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions and comply with them. ByteFlow Bot may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the services to any user or entity.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the ByteFlow Bot platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify ByteFlow Bot immediately. ByteFlow Bot is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Services

ByteFlow Bot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use its services strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The services provided by ByteFlow Bot are intended solely for lawful use. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the ByteFlow Bot service.
Exploit or misuse ByteFlow Bot’s services for commercial gain without proper authorization.
Use the services to send unsolicited or unauthorized communications, including but not limited to spam.

Violation of any of the above may result in the immediate termination of your account and legal action against you.

5. Fees, Payment, and Billing

ByteFlow Bot operates on a subscription basis. By signing up for our services, you agree to pay the fees listed on the website at the time of your subscription. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy. Payment processing services are provided by Razorpay, and you must adhere to Razorpay’s terms of service. ByteFlow Bot reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time, and such changes will apply to new and renewal subscriptions after the effective date of the change.

6. Subscription Term and Cancellation

Your subscription to ByteFlow Bot services will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the service before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are provided under limited circumstances as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds will only be processed if your service qualifies under the policy, and they will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. ByteFlow Bot reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property contained on ByteFlow Bot’s website and services are the property of ByteFlow Bot or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use ByteFlow Bot’s services, but this license does not transfer any ownership rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ByteFlow Bot’s content without explicit written permission.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. ByteFlow Bot collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using ByteFlow Bot, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

ByteFlow Bot provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteFlow Bot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ByteFlow Bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including, without limitation, any errors or omissions in content, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your data. In any event, ByteFlow Bot’s liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ByteFlow Bot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

ByteFlow Bot may suspend or terminate your access to its services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if ByteFlow Bot believes that your actions may cause legal liability for us or for any other user. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration will be in [City, India], and the arbitration will be conducted in English.
